First, my meal was enjoyable. I was a little surprised that a place that advertises a country breakfast served country ham with the bone removed and every piece of fat removed from it. So the ham was a bit dry and tasteless. Not what I expected for a country ham breakfast. My eggs and grits, very good. Biscuits and gravy, very good. The service was great, and I tipped well. I will try the tenderloin upon my return❣ Or maybe a different meal and try the chicken♥️

We had the chicken finger dinner. Food was good, we liked it pretty well. Service was fast and friendly! We will try the breakfast next time.

Our experience waited 30 minutes but that’s good. We were expecting piping hot chicken but we got room temp that had been soaked in too much salt. The potatoes and gravy were instant the baked beans (had hamburger meat, why?) and was soaked with sugar. Do they fry fresh chicken or do they … my opinion because they have been opened a long time so somebody loves it❣️

This place is GOOD. It tastes EXACTLY how KFC used to, according to all of my relatives. I will never look at fried chicken the same. I would give it 10 stars if google let me. Everything is phenomenal, so just order whatever you want. The only other place I'd even consider in this area is Hickory Creek bbq. Even then, it's a tossup.

Yes! The side salad has garden fresh tomato! For me a good burger has melted cheese on the wrapper, this one did not disappoint! Great place!!!

I see it was my first time eating at this 51 year old establishment. I can see why the locals enjoy it and why law enforcement eats here. The service is good what's my favorite. Prices are fair. The quality is great. The portions are abundant. And the staff was very friendly and attentive. What a great first experience!

This little place can get real busy at times. You're lucky if you can get in and get your family a seat after ball games etc. It's always worth the wait for an available table though. Catfish was delish.
